There are several drugs used in breast cancer drug treatments. Once a cancer patient is prescribed a drug for the treatment of breast cancer they can go online and research each drug.

This drug is also known as Goserelin Acetate. The other drug used during chemotherapy treatments is Taxol. This drug needs to be administered by a health care professional trained to give this drug. It is given through an IV and if the drug escapes the vein it can cause tissue damage.

Side effects of Chemotherapy for breast cancer can be different for each cancer patient. Chemotherapy can affect your blood, mouth, intestinal tract, nose, nails and hair. All the cells in these areas will divide rapidly. Healthy cells can repair the damage that chemotherapy can cause. You will lose your hair and will also have no energy at all.

Once your chemotherapy treatments have ended your hair will grow back and your energy levels will begin to rise. Sometimes when a patient’s hair grows back it will grow back thicker and stronger than before. Once chemotherapy breaks down the cancer cells they cannot repair themselves like normal cells can. Most patients will receive more than one type of treatment when diagnosed with breast cancer. Your specialist will decide on your treatment based on what type of breast cancer you have and how much it has spread.

Stage 3 Prostrate Cancer usually means the cancerous tumor has spread beyond the prostrate but has not reached the lymph nodes or organs. This treatment involves removal of the testicles which will also stop the production of testosterone. They may also administer a drug called luteinizing hormone releasing hormone which is also known as LH-RH agonists or ant androgens.
